When does the “No-show” rule apply?
The following situations constitute a "No-show":
● The customer didn’t inform of the cancellation before the pick-up time.
● The customer failed to pick up a car in Fuerteventura at the arranged time and date.

● The customer failed to provide a credit card in the main driver’s name with enough available funds on it.
In the event of any of the above, no refunds can be made.
